Tabula Rasa Dance Theater will premiere BORDER OF LIGHTS, a dance piece about “The North American Wall” and the idea of xenophobia as an integral part of American racism.

 

         The preposterous idea of a border wall between México and the United States has created a crisis among us. The base human instincts of fear, hostility, and xenophobia are corrupting our nation. We propose that xenophobia is a rejection of civilization. 

 

"Border of Lights" invites audiences to interact with other people. Only together can we dismantle the obsolete walls that divide us.
